This magnificent BMW M3 Convertible didn't make it past the gas station. At least not as far as appearing in public or on the relevant sales websites is concerned.

Since the techno-purple paint job looked so great under the neon lights at the local Shell gas station, I posted a picture of the front left corner of the 3 Series on my status. And since our regular customers not only share our fondness for the Munich-made M models but also have an eye for special examples, the deal was already set up that same evening.

This M3 Cabriolet isn’t just impressive because of its unique specifications—it also drives absolutely wonderfully. Everything is still in its place; the few kilometers it’s been driven have left virtually no mechanical wear, and even the light silver-gray Individual leather has survived the past 30 years unscathed, developing only a slight patina.
